Riven Sandstone Patio

Chandlers Ford, Hampshire

The customers had recently moved into their new house after an extension had been built. The outdoor space directly outside the French doors was unappealing as it was laid to lawn and was currently water logged due to poor drainage. The customer wanted a large patio to provide a low maintenance space for eating and entertaining.

Patio with buff paving curve

The Boundary line was made up of a corroded chain link fence with overgrown shrubs and hedging. This was to be cleared entirely and replaced with high quality panel fencing. The customer required that the paving was laid in a light buff colour that complemented the house.

We advised that the patio should been paved in Mint Calibrated Indian Sandstone in a random pattern. A smooth sweeping edge has been installed using Tegula blocks that softens the space and leads your eye around the garden.

@BrockstoneEst99 Salvia sylvestris "Marcus" would be better. Superba would get to big against the olive trees
